Minimum booking of 3 nights required.
A cleaning charge of $90 (£50) is required
for bookings of 6 nights or less.
Pool heating (recommended October - April) $20 per day paid locally.
REFUNDABLE Security Deposit £150 per booking.
Additional nights are charged pro rata.
£150 per week deposit to secure booking. Balance payable no later than 10 weeks prior to arrival.
